GET SPARKLING EYES THE NATURAL WAY


How bright are your eyes? Use natural remedies to brighten your eyes and your vision. The eyes are very important. Sparkling eyes are charming. Use home remedies to overcome the effects that may cause tired and puffy eyes.

CUCUMBER

Cucumber is widely known as home remedies for dark eye bags. Its high water content makes it a very good remedy for tired eyes.

Cut cucumber into slices and place a slice each over closed eye lids for 10 minutes or until it gets warm.

COLD MILK

Cold milk is also another very good remedy for tired eyes.

Drop cotton wool into a cup of cold milk till cotton soaks. In a relaxed position place the wool over your eyes for about 10 to 15 minutes and wash your face.

POTATO SLICES

Potatoes contain a high content of potassium and vitamin c. It is also a very good remedy for dark eye cycles.

To use store a potato in the fridge overnight, cut into thick slices, place cold slices over your eyelids for 10 minutes. Remember to remain relaxed all through for faster absorption.

HONEY AND CARDAMOM.

Mix cardamom and honey to improve your eye sight. Mix a few seeds of cardamom and tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture every day in the morning. Wait for 30minutes and wash off with cold water.

ALMONDS AND MILK SCRUB

Almonds is the healthiest if nuts and it has amazing health benefits. Milk soothes and revitalizes the soft and delicate skin around the eyes.

Soak 5-6 almonds. Peel and crush the almonds and add a teaspoon of milk to it. Mix well and apply around the eyes. Massage for 2-3 minutes in a circular motion. Leave for 30 minutes and wash off with water.
