Healthy gum means healthy teeth. Include the following in your diet and be sure to get a health gum.

Go Green. Greens pack a lot of healthy nutrients and are especially successful at keeping the mouth clean. Chewing veggies ensures production of extra saliva that neutralizes mouth bacteria.

Eat some onions. Onions have antimicrobial ingredient that kill bacteria. Onion wipes out four bacteria strains that can lead to gum diseases and cavities. Include onion in your sandwich, burger, soups and stews.
