HONEY, MORE THAN JUST A SWEETENER.


Honey a thick sweet sticky liquid is gotten for honeycomb produced by Bees and is predominantly found in the northern part of Nigeria. Honey is made of 70-80 percent natural sugar and the rest is a combination of water, minerals and protein.

Most people use honey as a healthy substitute for sugar. Honey is also commonly used in baking, cooking meals or as a spread for baked goods. Today we will be looking at the general uses of honey. Keep reading and am sure it will surprise you what honey can do.

Research has shown that prolonged use of honey tends to improve both short term and long term memories.

BURNS

CANCER Honey is known for its antioxidant properties. Research has shown that honey is effective in stopping cancer cells from multiplying. Further studies are been conducted on the properties of honey in relation to fighting cancer.
